22nd Annual Helias Foundation Golf Tournament

Entry Fee $140 per Person includes:
($160 at Jefferson City Country Club)

  • Complimentary Lunch before Tee Off, except at The Ridge
  • Eighteen Holes of Golf and Cart ( Four-Man Scramble)
  • Complimentary Golf Prizes and Drinks on Course for all Players
  • Prizes for Each Flight
  • Post Tournament Dinner at Helias High School

Course Selection
Please Indicate your course prefernce by ranking the choices 1 thru 4. Teams will be placed on courses using the indicated preference on a first come first-serve basis. Placements will occur when both the entry form and entry fees are received.

Please note that if you play at Jefferson City County Club, your $20 premium per player will be due at the course on the day of the tournament. Thanks for your understanding.
